Provides comprehensive technical support to all other technical positions within the division. Accountable for developing, administrating, and presenting comprehensive technical training to both field and in-house service employees on all existing and future contracted products sold by Canon Solutions America. This includes all Canon digital and Multi-functional products as well as any third party identified products (i.e. HP, Fiery, etc.). Utilizes appropriate tools and methods for reviewing forecast data and historical data analysis to create MRP and purchasing requirements. Compensation: Under applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role: $15.00 per hour + shift pay differential + sales incentives
The Sales Account Executive (AE), representing CUSA HSG Sales Division (Hybrid Solution Group), is responsible for named retail accounts driving sales of Canon's imageCLASS and Pixma printer products. The Canon AE represents the company to the Channel and the Channel to the company in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions and training. Your presentation and account management skills will be utilized to develop marketing programs and create strategic sales plans. This position is full time and is considered virtual. The CUSA office will be open 5 days a week; however you will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need. Significant travel is expected for this role (up to 50%) which will include some overnights. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
