    Position Overview

    As a shared services division, the Marketing Communications & Services division provides support to the Business Imaging Solutions Group for key marketing support functions. 


    The Marketing Associate Specialist will support BISG and Sales Channels in the creative development and fulfilment of marketing initiatives related to sales incentive programs.
    - Pinnacle Club (External) – support the day to day activities related to the Pinnacle Club Program, supporting the Independent Channel and CSA.  This includes annual program development and launch, on-going promotion planning with key product division stakeholders, program communications, website development with 3rd party vendor, program analysis and report issuance and general troubleshooting.  Data analysis skills required.
    - Advanced Partner Program (External) – support the day to day activities related to the Advanced Partner Program, sales program for top 30 dealers.  This includes annual program development and launch, on-going program planning with sales management team and on-going program maintenance.
    - Peak Performer Club (Internal) – support the day to day activities related to the Peak Performer Program.  This includes program communications, program standings and tracking, coordination with 3rd party vendor on program maintenance.
    - Dealer Recognition – support the dealer community with dealer recognition awards program.  This includes annual performance awards, years of service awards and special milestone awards.  Maintain ongoing reporting and analysis.
    - Event Management – Support events team with planning and program execution as needed


    - The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    - Minimum 2 years work experience.
    - They will be asked to develop and write program materials and collateral. 
    - Must be organized and detail oriented. 
    - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills required in addition to strong writing skills.
    - This position will require 20% overnight travel for events.
