    Position Overview

    Set up and operate injection machines and produce high quality patterns to meet both quality and customer standards.
     

    Responsibilities

     
    - Complete daily startup inspections of injection equipment to ensure proper functionality.
    - Fill tanks and inspect patterns throughout the injection process.
    - Remove product from the machine press, complete visual inspection, identify and document all defects and determine rework status.
    - Complete minor mold repairs.
    - Maintain the cleanliness of all machinery.
    - Monitor molding process for quality control.
    - Properly relocate molds when input is completed.
    - Manually track all processed material and daily run time.
    - Operate overhead cranes as needed.
    - Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ITAR EAR requirements for designated work area.
    - May backfill for repair, rework, inspection and/or assembly stations.
    - May assist in the troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
    - May be assigned additional duties and/or special projects.
     

    Qualifications

     
     
    - High school diploma or GED with 0-6 months related experience – preferably in a Injection Molding environment.
    - Must be U.S. Citizen or able to provide a valid Green Card.
    - Must be able to read and follow work standards and complete check sheets and forms.
    - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Oracle is preferred.
    - May have to work overtime and may be assigned to other shifts based on company needs.
