    Position Overview

    Canon U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (Analyst, Financial Systems) to join the Melville Headquarters.  This person will support and maintain CUSA's Financial Reporting System, serving as support to all groups and subsidiaries who use the system on a daily basis.

    Responsibilities

     
    - Responsible for Vendor master requests for Canon USA and subsidiaries in accordance with turnaround times listed in Service Level Agreement
    - Support the Vendor automation process
    - Act as liaison with Procurement Department in regards to Vendor requests
    - Monitor electronic work flow approval processes
    - Assist in responding to inquiries/issues relating to both Oracle and Invoice Imaging System
    - Monitor OCR queue for invoices that have been sent for training, keeping in mind turnaround times listed in Service Level Agreement
    - Assist in other ad hoc projects as needed

    Qualifications

    - The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or an Associates Degree with equivalent job experience
    - Minimum of two years of progressive experience in a corporate environment with working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and spreadsheet software
    - Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Excel are both a plus
    - Strong communication skills a plus
    - Flexibility to travel as necessary up to 10% annually
    - Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
