    Position Overview

    The Associate Specialist, Marketing & Merchandising, with a focus on email marketing for the Digital Marketing Services Division.

    - Support internal stakeholders of multiple product teams and business units on their email strategies by effectively communicating with audiences to build loyalty and lifetime value.
    - Manage email calendar, monitor and maintain small office/home office and B2C one-off, trigger and drip campaigns from creation to deployment. Facilitate monthly reports and ad-hoc requests of campaign metrics/performance for product marketing and business planning teams.
    - Identify key areas to optimize campaigns through best marketing practices, statistical analysis and A/B testing. Unify marketing efforts with e-commerce and social media team to increase effectiveness of projects and marketing initiatives.
    - Maintain online product registration forms and survey updates.
    - Assist in the creation, maintenance and reporting of data and lead generation forms from 'contact us' sections of website and trade show initiatives to internal employee questionnaires.
    - Resolve CRM and database issues by completing urgent requests and escalating platform issues as necessary between IT services and Business Units.
    - Review and strategize more effective ways to interact with our customers and potential customers  incorporating new and updated communication paths such as a Welcome email, Thank You email, Registration email and updates to our email preference center as needed.


    Bachelor's degree in related field required and 1-3 years expernience , plus knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures. (i.e., HTML, JAVA, Adobe applications, including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Creative Cloud Suite, Mac, UNIX and Window platforms).
