Position Overview

Canon continues to increase our market share year over year in large format printer sales. Be a part of this tremendous growth!  Use your sales and consulting expertise to support Canon Midwest Dealers to contribute to this growth of Canon’s large format printer product line.  You will drive dealer sell in, and sell outof Canon’s Large Format Printer product line which includes hardware, software and consumable products.
This is a home-based position in the Midwest region and includes approximately 70% overnight travel.


- Provide dealer product training, product launches, trade shows and end-user sales support
- Bring to market new imagePROGRAF solutions
- Work closely with dealer principals to strategize and implement actions to grow their year over year imagePROGRAF sales
- Drive dealer sell in and sell out of related products
- Work closely with dealers to maximize imagePROGRAF programs and promotions to drive unit sales
- Remain current with competitive changes in the market and respond with creative sales strategies


- Requires a Bachelor degree.
- Requires 5 plus years of successful direct or indirect solution sales experience
- Requires technical sales skills selling CAD and or graphic printer products
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires strong time and territory management skills
- Must be proficient with MSOffice (inluding powerpoint and excel)
- This position requires approx. 70%travel in the midwest (3-4 days/week)
- This position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job and therefore, you must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies
