Position Overview

Canon Financial Services, Inc. is currently hiring for our 2018 Canon Insights Intern Program.  The Insights Program is a comprehensive program that runs for 10 weeks during the summer. This is a full-time (8:30 AM to 5 PM), 37.50 hours a week, paid internship. This program is designed to provide students an opportunity to gain hands-on work experience by participating in significant work projects and exposure to various business units within Canon.
 
 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Position includes providing general support for our Emerging Markets Sales Support team, e.g. assist with general report distribution (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Learn a variety of tasks in Sales Support and Marketing
- Enter Lease Applications into Canon's Leasing System 
- Work with Marketing Specialist to Create, Edit and Update Print and Online Marketing Materials
- Enter New Dealer Prospects into Salesforce.com 
- Work within a Team Environment

Qualifications

We prefer students that are entering their Junior or Senior year as of the Summer 2018, however, all are welcome to apply. To succeed in the Insights Program, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Power point, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We also require candidates to be enrolled in a related major in the department of interest and have some former work or internship experience.
 
 
  
Qualifications  (majors, computer skills, language skills): Finance or Business Major
General knowledge of Microsoft Windows or MAC
