Position Overview

Web Content Specialist, Content management responsibility (creating and/or acquiring content for the LAG website, and other online communications media)
- Web content management coordination
- Coordination & creation of project plans (Creation, development, monitor timelines)


- Assist with content management duties such as: contents uploads, new stock graphics, new headerbars, new navigation buttons, or new icons
- Content design (the actual writing on the pages, as well as the design of any other media types used to communicate content as opposed to site interaction)
- Work with a cross-functional team with LAG, CINC, CCD and IT personnel to address any issues and complete content entry tasks in a timely manner
- Constant interaction with web developers/designers to assess any technical challenges in providing or displaying content.
- Collaborate with IT in implementing new tools and technologies to better deliver content
- Perform regular reviews of the LAG website to ensure content accuracy, timeliness and relevance.
- Archive and backup content as needed.
- Work on Misc. graphic designs projects to asssit the BU's and our business partners (collateral materials, microsites, videos,etc.)
- Edit and translate videos (from raw files to MP4)
- Coordinate language translations (English – Spanish )


- Minimum 3 years experience working in Web content and design/navigability.
- Education Required: Web Designer & Programmer – Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Previous work experience with various scripting languages., along with HTML5 experience is required.
- Must be bi-lingual in Spanish/Englsih.
