Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will recommend, and develop 360 degree marketing plans and activities for camera products to establish, enhance and distinguish the products within the marketplace.  


The Specialist will work with internal stakeholders and external agencies / vendors to create campaigns that utilize advertising, social media, event and retail integration to produce campaigns that incorporate brand awareness, consideration and purchase decision components of the product buying cycle.


The Specialist will work closely with key internal stakeholders and department management to communicate the brand and business position ensuring consistency of the brand and corporate image.


  • Conduct market / competitive analysis to identify opportunities and prepare marketing plans
  • Prepare internal and external presentations to brief key partners for development and execution of marketing activities
  • Oversee internal and external partners / agencies in the development and execution of campaign activities
  • Review and analyze campaign performance to guide recommendations for improvement and evolution of marketing activities
  • Understand and incorporate changing marketing tactics including: influencer, social media, advertising, experiential marketing, retail integration
  • Support on-site event execution including trade show and hands-on trial experience events 
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% of time


The position requires a minimum of  3 years experience on brand or agency. Combined with a Business / Marketing or communication degree. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal presentation skills. Expereince within Camera / Photography industry is preferred. This position will require overnight and day time travel to attend trade shows and industry events.
