Position Overview

Virtual Imaging, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is currently seeking a Contract and Compliance Administration Specialist to support all bid and contract functions for the company under the general direction of the Contract Management team. 

Responsibilities

  • Capture data from various departments and consolidate, manually validate the data, and turn the data into a single report for submission to Government or GPO contracting office(s)
  • Review and validate sales data to ensure compliance with disclosed Commercial Sales Practices
  • Review and validate all price lists to ensure they contain the necessary information and remain accurate based on Commercial Sales Practices and existing contractual agreements.
  • Work with contracts, sales and sales operations to prepare bid and contract documentation for submission to necessary contracting offices
  • Development and implementation of documented policies and procedures
  • Maintenance of Commercial Sales Practices to ensure the documentation accurately represents the day to day business operations
  • Preparation of documentation and information to respond to Government and GPO bid opportunities and contract maintenance requirements
  • Ensure that all price list are accurate and reflect updated and current pricing.
  • Work within VI HQ to assist off site staff with problem resolutions and policy implementation
  • Observe and report business activities to GPO and Contract team to ensure that all disclosures and other contractual documentation is updated and current. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Position requires advance MS Excel knowledge
  • Ability to research and resolve complex business issues related to sales transactions and contractual requirements
  • Ability to work with minimal direct on site supervision
